The 2 day Live-Zoom ILSSI certification Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed for a professional who requires an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and its Tools and Techniques. A Yellow Belt typically will support process improvement projects as a part of a team. The internationally recognized ILSSI certification exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions and it taken in the training centre on the afternoon of the 2nd day. Exam fees are included.

The 5 day Live-Zoom ILSSI certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for a professional who wants to be well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Tools and Techniques and to lead small to medium sized process improvement projects. The 2 hour internationally recognized ILSSI certification exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions and it taken by candidates in the training centre on the 5th day of the course. The 3 day Live-Zoom ILSSI Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for a professional with previous Lean Six Sigma training or experience but who need the top level of training in order to lead large and critical improvement projects. This course prepares the candidate for problem solving and data-driven decision making at the strategic and enterprise level of the organisation. The final ILSSI certification exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions and is taken in training centre on the final day of the course. Exam fees are included.
